The Company works to procedures that originally gave registration to BS EN ISO 9001 -1994 (formerly BS5750 part 1). Work is undertaken to a quality system based upon two levels of documentation.
Level 1 is the quality manual which defines the Company's quality policies and offers a direct response to the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001.
Level 2 is the quality control procedures which document the activities carried out by the Company.
